All goods are supplied in accordance with the following Terms & Conditions:
2. Charges within the UK:
• Orders are sent by our courier unless advised otherwise
• Orders under £100 a £4.95 carriage charge applies
• Orders over £100 delivery is FREE
3. Delivery Times & Dispatch Goods
• We aim dispatch your goods within 48 hours of your order payment being received (excluding Sat/Sun).
4. VAT
All goods and postal charges are inclusive of VAT at 17.5%.
5. Out of stock items
• If an item is out of stock please allow 5-7 working days for delivery. If this delivery date is not possible due to our suppliers being out of stock we will advise on due date or offer an alternative colour/design.
6. Returns & Refunds
• Alric Lighting always strives to ensure that you are more than happy with your purchases and have a 100% commitment to customer satisfaction. If, for any reason, your purchase arrives to you damaged or is unsatisfactory in anyway, we will make every effort to ensure the situation is resolved so you are happy with your purchase. Items can be exchanged for goods of the same value or for a full refund for the cost of the product. If you are not satisfied with your products then you must inform us of your intention to return them within 14 days of receipt via email. Goods must be in their original packaging, unused or we can not accept them back.
Goods must have a note enclosed with the original invoice number and short explanation of what action you require taken.
Also we can only refund you for the goods returned not the postage if you have ordered the wrong item or it was not what you wanted.
• Customers should note that due to the nature of different internet browsers and monitor settings, certain colours may appear slightly different in tone to their true colouring. this is unavoidable.
• All goods must be fitted by a qualified electrican and in accordance with the manufactures instructions. Failure to do so will invalidate any guarantee given to you.
